when entering correct login credentials, I get an error saying incorrect login credentials. I've validated them several times. I am using a long user name (email address)

Hi - I don't see any mention in your terms of service that my netflix login info won't be kept confidential and will only be used to provide access for me to netflix. Can you correct that?

What operating system do you need for this app?

Chris

I get the same incorrect login credentials while logging in as well...Ive tried probably about 50 times varying the capitalization of my login email address but still doesn't work.

Hello,

I am trying to put Smartflix on my blackberry pearl to try out and let our customers know about it, I work for a cellular company, but whenever I click on the link, I get a message saying that it can only be installed on a blackberry and I must log into the address through my blackberry device. Yet I am going through my blackberry. Both on it's browser and Opera Mini and I get the message on both. What do I need to do or can I download this someplace else or send it to my e-mail from someplace for download?

Thanks

John

I have the exact same problem as John does. I have a Curve 8330 and use Opera Mini as well. Also tried w/the browers provided. No luck, please advise.

I am sharing a Netfliz account witha friend and we both have our own queue. Whenever I log into the aplication I only get his queue, I do not have the option to switch to my queue.

John, Carrie, and Lisa,

make sure that you are using the blackberry browser to download the application and that it is not set to emulate a different browser (ie, firefox, etc).

To verify this, check your browser settings in the following areas.

1. From the main ribbon, go to Options (the wrench icon) and select Advanced Options followed by Browser. Make sure that the default browser configuration and MDS browser configuration are set to the Blackberry Browser (not your carrier's specific browser).

2. From browser itself, select options, select Browser Configuration, and make sure that your Browser Identification is set to Blackberry.

Save your changes and try to download the application again. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

Does the application use the phone line? I got asked for permission to access the phone line, and I don't have a package for the phone since I carry two devices.

When I try to use the app on my Bold I get this error message "Error starting Smartflicks: Class 'net.rim.device.api.ui.Touchscreen' not found.

I have the Blackberry Storm 9350 and recently upgraded the software -- effectively wiping out nearly everything on the phone (including things that were in My World.) I just tried to purchase the new version through App World, and while my log in and everything is legit, and my PayPal is fine, it tells me that I've already purchased the program.

Any help you could give me in alleviating this problem would be greatly appreciated.
