Just tried to install this on my Curve 8310 and the download link says I don't have a blackberry when I clicked it from the email on my BB.

We've run into this:
Is it possible that your BlackBerry browser emulation is changed to some other type of browser? For example, you can make the browser act like Internet Explorer, which would definitely get you this message. The download looks to see if the device downloading it is a BlackBerry by checking the browser type. If it looks like IE, or Opera, or something else, it won't know its a blackberry and will send the message you are seeing.
If that is or may be the case, we can send directions later today on how to change back.

I downloaded the app and installed it successfully. However, when I try to log in, it says my log in credtials are incorrect. I use the same ones I do to get on the netflix site...

I'm having the same issue as Erik (Above)
I've entered in the correct login creditials at the time of signing up for the email and also enter in the correct information when attempting to login to the application. I've restarted my phone as well but I still get the login creditials are incorrect error message.

Someone from Netflix tried working with me to resolve my issue above but was not able to do so. The only solution he had was that he told me to enter my username and password that I use to log on to the netflix site (which I did in the first place). I tried this repeatedly and kept getting the same error message. He said he elevated my problem but I have still not heard from anyone. Oh well, good concept...which the app worked...

Im having the same issues as Erik and Glenn (above). The application does not work (you cant even get into it) and customer service is unresponsive. I have 4 other friends that have tried it as well and no one can log in. Im starting to think this site is a hoax. So strange.

Jeff at Pyxis was able to help me. All I had to do was go to the login screen, select Options from the menu, and make sure that the Authentication Type setting is set to ‘Proprietary’. I also had to switch to other option to "consumer" even though im hooked up to my company's Microsoft exchange server for push corportate email. App is great. Thanks Jeff..
