The Application Studio Lab is excited to introduce our first semi-public release. This BETA release of SmartFlicks, currently available on BlackBerry smartphones, provides mobile access to Netflix.
Functionality includes:
- Access full Netflix library
- Add DVDs to your Queue
- Access movie and entertainment news and information, and soon, movie times, GPS directions to theaters and more.
Follow the link for more information and to download the application!
Manage your Netflix account.
Read movie reviews.
View movie news.
You're welcome.
With over 8 million Netflix users out there today, there is a need for mobile access to "the queue." Netflix seems to agree, so on Wednesday October 1st, they opened their API. The SmartFlicks application is the first mobile application to deliver Netflix functionality using this new API.
SmartFlicks allows you to manage your Netflix account, read movie reviews, get your fix of entertainment/movie news, find local theater schedules, and more, all from your mobile device. Coming soon: "click-to-map" theaters in your area with integration into Google Maps.
Interesting technical fact: this application was designed and delivered by a cross-functional team in under 24 hours with no coding and no compilation. It makes use of data from multiple data sources, and highlights a number of Pyxis Mobile 6.1 features including exploding rows, font control, in-line images, and graphical navigation.

I have it downloaded & installed on my Pearl 8110 but when I try to login it tells me my login credentials are incorrect. I've verified on the website that the information I'm entering is correct. Do I need a separate login for the mobile app?
